Today was one of those hot afternoons where Bryce was content to play with things around the house while I did laundry and other chores. He played with his toys, crawled under and through the dining room table, played with some old floppy disks, pretended to clean with the broom and mop, and of course found his favorite, the vacuum cleaner. Somehow, he has learned to open the closet door where we keep the vacuum cleaner.
Since we were just hanging out in the house and I had just viewed pictures of Baby Alison's blog where she is playing with kitchen bowels, I decided to let Bryce have some fun in the kitchen too.
Here he is playing with flour, water, and cocoa. Needless to say, he loved it and we all had fun cleaning it up together. Afterwards, he found whisks to be fascinating toys that even went with us to the bathtub tonight.
